Ibiza is more than its nights. Dalt Vila, the walled upper town, is part of a UNESCO World Heritage site with the Phoenician settlement of Sa Caleta, the necropolis of Puig des Molins and the seagrass meadows that make the sea so clear. Around it: the beach clubs of the south, the sunsets of Sant Antoni, the quiet east coast at Santa Eulària and the green, hilly north. We’ve checked every listing against the venue’s own website or an official source, and we leave out anything we can’t confirm.
